Dallas Dawson is an Atlanta based drummer and producer.  He is a part of modern jazz quartet, Konda and instrumental tech house duo, QUAS who have both released albums last year. On staff at Kebbi Williams’ Gallery 992 in the Historic West End of Atlanta, he helps run the improvised jam session on Sunday nights alongside the other half of QUAS, Marquinn Mason.  Dallas has also recently joined the innovative, folk/pop outfit, Little Tybee.

Previously 

Moving from The Rock, Georgia to attend Georgia State University, he entered the Music Management and Jazz Studies program until departing to manage Atlanta’s Hello Ocho.  They released two albums and toured internationally for two years until Ocho’s hiatus in 2017.  In the same year, Dallas played and recorded with the late Col. Bruce Hampton before joining Little Tybee on Chon’s U.S. Homey Tour with Tera Melos and Covet.
